This newsletter will contain information regarding dates and times for the Commencement Ceremony,Dinner/Dance and Dry Grad.Post-secondary ApplicationsA reminder that application deadlines are fast approaching or have passed for many schools and programs – ensureyou know your prospective school/s deadlines by checking on their websiteStudents who are planning to stay in BC for their future studies should apply through: apply.educationplannerbc.ca/** For BCIT & Royal Roads – apply via their websiteOnce applications are complete, most schools send a notification/email to confirm and let you know what else is neededto complete the application. For most schools, this includes receiving your transcript via STS (see below)Student Transcript Service / STSAll Grade 12 students must have an account with the Student Transcript Service (STS) in order to view their finaltranscripts in July and beyond.All Grade 12 students must have an STS account to view and print their final transcript in July 2022. It is also howstudents who are applying to post-secondary education for the fall of 2022, will allow institutions to pick-up their markselectronically (or be mailed a final transcript in late July). Very few post-secondary institutions want a transcript at this

time.
