The rules and regulations, policies and procedures of theUniversity, its divisions and its governing body, all of which applyto all students, are contained in this document. These rules applyduring the publication period of the document and are subjectto change during that year upon recommendation of the variousdivisions and approval of the president or governing body of theUniversity.2. The Catalog contains the specific requirements for all degrees andcertificates awarded by the University.
