THE Amway SALES & MARKETING PLANTYPES OF BONUSESThe Performance BonusThe Ruby BonusLet’s say that during your first month you purchase andA Ruby Bonus, equal to 2% of that month’s total Ruby BV, will bepersonally sell products totalling 100 points. Assuming thatpaid to a qualified IBO.your average retail profit on the products is about 25%, yourimmediate gross income can be 120 (30% of 400 BV).Leadership BonusIn addition, when your Personal PV total exceeds 50PPV points,The Leadership Bonus is paid each month by Amway to ayou are eligible to receive a Performance Bonus.
