Willis spoke of the author who has so farwritten twenty novels of which a few have turned into the TV production. In the NYTimes bestselling list, the book starts with the protagonist, CassandraBowden, who is no stranger to hangover mornings, finds herself in a lushhotel bedroom with a bloody scene of a murdered body. The story goes on until itconcludes with a surprise ending. After a roundtable discussion of the novel, thegroup discussed and made the following decisions: We approved CarolMcClusky’s motion to seek members’ wish list of books for review and present that at the Junemeeting.
