The paint job ensuresprotection against corrosion.Galvanization is used to protect steelagainst corrosion. The process itselfis simple: the vessel is completelysubmerged in a zinc liquid bath.As a result, the zinc coatingperfectly adheres to the entiresurface of the tank, ensuring fullprotection of the steel.These vessels are treated with vitreousenamel, making them water and steamresistant. The complete reliability ofthis type of treatment is the result ofthe inorganic composition and the linkcreated between the enamel and metalsurface. After having been baked at850 C, the enamel no longer absorbswater and fully protects the vesselagainst corrosion.

Air receiver capacityHow to select the size of my receiver?There is no one rule that fits all as some applications require larger air tanksbecause of the process.However, two rules of thumb that can help to finetune: Your air receiver capacity should be at least 1/4 of your free air deliveryexpressed in m³/min. Base yourself on the compressor’s motor power and calculate thecapacity:Motorpower in HP x 30Example: If you install a 10HP screw compressor, your receivercapacity should be minimally 300 liter.Correctly sizing your air receiver brings following benefits for yourcompressors’ operations: Less waste during unloading period Overall smoother operation Avoid mechanical stress on several componentsConnection kit
