QuickBooks is used to track companyfinances and to generate reports required bystakeholders, banks, or regulatory bodies. QuickBooks has various editions to satisfy theneeds of different types and sizes ofcompanies. QuickBooks also has online versions of thesoftware so you can use it on the go.

Thefirst thing you must do is create aQuickBooks company file for your financialrecords. We recommend that you use Express Start tocreate your QuickBooks company file quicklyand easily. To use Express Start to set up your companyfile:1. Choose File New Company. TheQuickBooks Setup window opens.2. Click the express start button

3.4.The “Tell us about your business” screenappears, and you can start entering info.

4.Click Continue and Enter your BusinessContact Information.

5.Preview your Settings, click on OK and Clickon Create Company Fie.**Please note that, you can click on the tabs toreview what has been selected and you canadjust accordingly based on your preferenceor you can click on Restore Recommendationsif you are okay with the selected Chart ofAccounts.

6.Click on the Add button to Add Customers,Products and Bank Accounts.

And that’s it! Click on “Start Working” to startusing QuickBooks Accounting.

Clickon the Report Menu Select the Type of Report you want If there is a report you customized yourselfyou can memorize it. You can organize andedit the Memorized Report List at any timeby going to Reports: Memorized Reports:Memorized Report List and from that screenyou can edit the reports you havememorized.

ClickFile Select Open or Restore Company Select Restore a backup file Choose Local Backup Choose the location of your backup (flashdrive or hard drive) you are looking for a.qbb file***Once restored your QB file is a .qbw file or aQuickBooks Working file***
