Before You Begin www.gaston.edupage1What is the cost for a ContinuingEducation class?The tuition for state-supported classesis based on course length and set by theNorth Carolina General Assembly. Technology and usage fees have been included in the advertised costs for applicablecourses.Classes that are self-supported vary inprice; the cost is listed under the coursedescription. Payment is expected at thetime of registration. All costs must bepaid for a student to be officially registered. Please register and pay for theclass prior to the class start date.What is your refund policy?Full refunds will be made if a student officially withdraws from an occupationalcourse prior to the first class meeting orif the course is cancelled by the collegedue to insufficient enrollment. Seventy-five percent refund of the tuition, butnot fees, will be made if a student officially withdraws from an occupationalcourse after the beginning date but prior to the 10 percent point of the scheduled course hours or during the first 10days of a contact-hour course.
